Fallout Removal

Industrial Fallout refers to tiny metallic particles that become airborne before settling on vehicle surfaces, which then rust and embed themselves in the paintwork. More often than not it will only affect the top surfaces, but in extreme situations can result in the entire vehicle becoming contaminated. Industrial Fallout is common place in areas of heavy industry such as Iron Foundries and Steel Fabrication, near airports and vehicles parked close to railways. A lot of brand new cars get industrial fallout while stored in large compounds before delivery to dealerships

It is possible to remove industrial fallout and also desirable to do so. Arden Auto Val has products that are effective for fallout removal, designed to combine specially formulated cleaners containing oxalic acid which breaks the bond between the particles and the metal substrate beneath the paint work to ensure complete and thorough removal.

Although normally needing close inspection, more often than not fallout will be present on a car.

One, Two or Three Stage
High speed buffing machine with foam head to remove a micro film of dull and dead paint restoring a deep gloss shine to your car.
Minor to medium scratches can be removed, also mechanical car wash scratches.

STAGE 1 - (Approx. guide - car over 2 years old) £35 + vat
Fine abrasive cutting compound to restore a Deep Rich Colour on faded or oxidised paint surfaces and also remove medium scratches or mechanical car wash scratches.

STAGE 2 - (Approx. guide - up to 2 years without scratches) £35 + vat
Ultra fine cutting compound to give the paint work a Super Gloss Shine and remove light scratches ready for polishing

STAGE 3 - (Approx. guide - From new to 12 months without scratches) £35 + vat
High wax polish to impart a Brilliant Mirror Finish Shine.
